Address Changes
  • CURRENT EMPLOYEES: Must log into LSC Connect and initiate the address change online. The Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees. Click here to log into LSC Connect. Then go to Home >> Me >> Quick Actions >> Contact Information >> Address.
  • FORMER EMPLOYEES: Follow the LSC Connect Login: Former Employees/No AD instructions.

    If you have accurately followed and executed all of the relevant steps in the instructions and are still unable to login, send an email, fax, or mail request to LSC HR Service Delivery:
    Provide as much information as possible. Your request must include:
    • Your full legal name as listed in your LSC Communications employee record.
    • Your LSC Communications employee ID. Your employee ID is listed as your Person Number on your payslip.

      If you do not know your employee ID, you must provide:
      • your full date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) AND
      • the last 3 digits of your Social Security Number
    Requests that do not include this information will not be processed and will be returned.

W2 Forms
  • PAPER W2 FORMS
    W2 forms are mailed during the last week of January to the address of record on December 31. If that address is incorrect, you should initiate a Mail Forwarding Order with your local post office to ensure that your W2 is redirected to your correct address.

    It is very important that your address information is always current in the LSC HR System. Former employees should follow the Address Change instructions for Former employees. Address changes for active employees must be completed in LSC Connect.

    All undeliverable W2 forms issued will be returned to the Corporate Payroll Department. Due to the volume of returned mail, the Corporate Payroll Department will not automatically reroute undeliverable W2 forms. If you do not receive your W2 form, follow the W2 Form Instructions.

  • ONLINE/REPLACEMENT W2 FORMS
    W-2 forms are available at https://my.adp.com. Follow the W-2 Form Instructions.
    • If you are not able to access the ADP website or experience issues registering, send an email to LSC HR Service Delivery at LSCConnect.Help@lsccom.com including:
      • Your full legal name as listed in your LSC Communications employee record.
      • Your LSC Communications employee ID. Your employee ID is listed as your Person Number on your payslip.

        If you do not know your employee ID, you must provide:
        • your full date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) AND
        • the last 3 digits of your Social Security Number
      Requests that do not include this information will not be processed and will be returned.
    • Users locked out of the ADP website due to unsuccessful attempts must wait the grace period noted in the instructions and try again before contacting LSCConnect Help.
Employment and Income Verification
The Work Number® is a fast and secure way to provide proof of your employment or income - a necessary step in many of today's life events involving credit, financing, or securing of benefits or services. The Work Number simplifies the verification process and accelerates credit decisions through an online system available to verifiers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In most cases, your consent is provided at the point of application for a service - when you sign a loan application or similar agreement - and a Salary Key is not required, but if you are asked to provide one from the verifier, follow The Work Number - Creating Salary Keys instructions.

Current and former employees must use The Work Number when employment or income verification is needed for loan applications, housing or automobile leases, job applications, etc. The verifier (lender, landlord, potential employer, etc.) will not receive employment or income verification from Human Resources or Payroll.
